I'm in the library, settled as comfortably as possible on a chair that is about as uncomfortable as they come, my legs stretched out across the chair next to me. I'm supposed to be writing a paper on the rise of Greek democracy, and I'm finding that to be a challenge. My mind goes wandering off across the campus, in the sunshine and shadows of the late afternoon, wondering what my friends are doing. It's very beautiful today, and others are out enjoying themselves, strolling, running, biking. Not me.
